Having Grown up in different suburbs throughout my upbringing, along with family members within the property industry has given me a holistic view about people and property early on in life. I saw first-hand how a property and/or projects could transform the life of an individual, family and broader community. This has nurtured my interest and passion to help both bring visions to life helping people through my various businesses, while also being an active property investor myself. As it’s important to practice what you preach.
With over 15 years of industry experience, I am deeply humbled and proud to be one of the only professionals in Western Australia who is both a qualified Town Planner, Surveyor, Project Manager and Property Agent. This gives me a competitive edge to help you navigate the ever-evolving planning framework, giving your projects the highest chance for success from the get go.
In the last 10 years, I have personally acquired, subdivided, developed, and sold over $17 million worth of property. Since then, I, along with my team from the start of covid, have delivered over $1 billion worth of planning approvals and completed over 250 million dollars in land development projects for our clients, ranging from two lot subdivisions through to larger land estates, through The Developed Group.
